Origins.
In this book, different subjects related to the Basque prehistory are shown and described. After a description of the geographical framework in the present-day Basque country, this book introduces us different aspects; such as the evolution of different human beings, the raw materials and the technologies which were used by the prehistoric communities. Later, it goes on with the different kinds of habitats development and the “cromañon” and “neandethal” people´s life styles, who settled down in our country.
Subjects such as the artistic expressions, health, medicine or death are also described in detail in this book. It does so by means of this long period of time which covered hundreds of thousands of years.
It is a compilation of about five hundred absolute dates which were obtained through the 14 carbon and a full bibliography which end up this illustrated publication.
