This based on real events novel tells the story of Eusebio Zamacola Abrisqueta, a Basque born in Basauri who moved to Argentina in 1924. His activities on the fringes of the law, his years devoted to plunder large exploitation companies located in the region, his attacks on the trains, the great popular support he got among the working class, the rift with his teammate Mate Cosido, the tortures and abuses he suffered from the police, the years in prison... This work, light and pleasant, allows us to delve into the psychology of a character driven by his adventurous spirit, anarchist-revolutionary ideals and political persecution suffered in his homeland, Euskal Herria, where he always wanted to go back. It is a portrait of an era in which the Basque Zamacola, as he was called, became a legend for the Argentine people.
