La Patagonia rebelde wants to be witness to the slaughter and repression of workers during the strikes of Patagonia in 1921, where the landowners pressured the government of Irigoyen and the Army to end up with the rebels. Lieutenant Colonel Varela did not hesitate to use young soldiers to shoot dozens of workers and peasants without regard. Oblivion has his accomplices, but also his bitter enemies. Osvaldo Bayer is one of those who struggle daily with his pen to recover from the past and from the silence of history the name and dignity of hundreds of slaughtered men and women.
