ETA 1958-2008. Medio siglo de historia

ETA represents the most meaningful political phenomenon of the last half century in the Basque history. The survival of an organization of such characteristics over five decades is unique in the European context and constitutes the maximum expression of the Basque conflict importance. Knowing the story of Euskadi ta Askatasuna (The Basque Country and freedom), its political and organizational evolution and its main actions involves an indispensable requirement to start understanding the complex Basque political setting. This work gives the chance of revising the main clues of the history of ETA in only one volume for the first time. It covers ETA´s whole existence in a rigorous but accessible way and it becomes the reference work about this subject.
